The plant is the production base with the highest overall design level and the largest investment scale for Geely’s commercial vehicle segment. It is an internationally advanced, domestically leading, resource-saving and environment-friendly smart factory built with digitization and intelligence as the core.
This low-carbon demonstration digital intelligence factory is located in the Shangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone. It actively introduces advanced manufacturing technology and independently develops intelligent systems. Through the information and data collection of the manufacturing process, the interconnection and intercommunication of equipment, and the integration and integration of systems, production is realized. The modernization, automation, digitization and intelligence of the process are committed to building a world-leading and domestic first-class production base for new energy commercial vehicles. The completion of the plant has a strong impetus for the improvement of the industrial structure and the acceleration of industrial upgrading in Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Shangrao City and even Jiangxi Province, adding new kinetic energy and new vitality to Shangrao’s construction of the “Jiangxi Automobile City”.

The salt spray resistance can reach 1200h; at the same time, it also adopts professional smoke and dust treatment equipment, and reaches heavy metals. “Zero” discharge of ions, phosphorus and nitrite, reducing waste water discharge by 60%, and reducing waste residue generation by 90%. In addition, distributed photovoltaic power generation has been added to the main units in the data intelligence factory to save energy and reduce carbon emissions.
Shangrao Low-Carbon Demonstration Digital Intelligence Factory adopts industrial double loop network, MES production system, SAP product information system interconnection to realize information sharing and calling; adopts multi-production line robot simulation, press welding and coating glue robot vision system, and flight total assembly 3D Digital design and interference simulation to ensure the accuracy and quality of the process; the construction of a full-process production base for frame, stamping, welding, painting, final assembly and vehicle delivery center can simultaneously meet the co-line flexible production of multiple models, greatly Shorten delivery orders.
